Terms of use
These terms govern use of workspace-cachehub.digital and enrolment in Workspace Cachehub programmes. Last updated 18 August 2026.
Acceptance
By browsing this site, submitting a correspondence form, or accepting an invoice for a seat, you agree to these terms. If you are buying a House Table for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not pay an invoice.
We may revise these terms. The date above is the version that applies unless a later invoice names a different version. Continued use of the site after a revision is acceptance of the revised text.
Who we are
Workspace Cachehub is the teaching house operating from 90 Moulton Road; Gulworthy; PL19 3NE; United Kingdom. Correspondence: info@workspace-cachehub.digital and 070 6770 0617.
What this site is
The site describes programmes, methods, and fees. It is not a shop. Fees are informational. A contract for a seat is formed only when we send a written confirmation and you pay the invoice named in that confirmation. Nothing on the site is a consumer distance-selling checkout.
Programmes and student work
Live hours, recordings, sample-app credentials, and written feedback are provided as described in the confirmation letter. We may substitute a tutor of equivalent standing if Harriet Voss is unwell. We may postpone a cohort for a short period if enrolment is too thin to make a table honest; in that case you may wait or receive a refund under the refund policy.
You remain responsible for the legality of any product data you bring. Do not upload personal data you are not entitled to process. The sample application exists so that you have an alternative.
Intellectual property
Site text, the Signal Desk method as published here, recordings, prompts, and slide materials are owned by Workspace Cachehub or used under licence. You may keep your own Signal Notes and any analysis of your own product. You may not republish recordings, redistribute sample-app credentials, or present our prompts as your public course.
The journal essays may be quoted with attribution and a link, in the ordinary way of criticism and review. Wholesale copying is not review.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or submit the correspondence form with automated junk. Do not use live sessions to harass other students. We may refuse or end a seat if conduct makes the table unusable, with fees handled under the refund policy.
Liability
Programmes are teaching. They are not professional advice on your particular product, tax position, or legal duties. We do not warrant that a method will raise a metric. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United Kingdom, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect loss arising from use of the site or from a programme.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under United Kingdom law. Where liability can be limited, our aggregate liability arising from a seat is limited to the fees you paid for that seat.
Site availability
We aim to keep the site available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for hosting interruptions outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from use of the site or a programme, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, being the laws applicable in this part of the United Kingdom. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may still seek injunctive relief in another forum to protect intellectual property.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, mandatory protections of your home nation remain available to you where the law so requires.
